The Alberta Insurance Council has been working for Albertans for
35 years and counting, at no cost to taxpayers. Operations are
wholly industry funded through examination and licensing fees, and
assessments to the insurance industry. The AIC serves to fulfill the
mission of protecting Albertans through the licensing and regulation of
insurance agents, brokers, and independent adjusters.
Project:
Annual Report 2024
Details:
By duplicating the circle from the capital ‘I’ in the logo, we
created a pattern that subtly mimics the logo’s diamond shape. We
then added more dots in a professional blue-grey colour to tone down
the bright purple and teal to expand the graphic on the cover and into
the inside of the publication. Working with the brand colours, we chose
new fonts for their geometric shape that reflect the graphic elements
created. The clean layout featuring photos from an internal photo
shoot, along with Alberta landscapes and as graphic elements from
the cover give this year’s Annual Report a professional, welcoming look
while complimenting the main AIC brand.
